Funky Monkey Smoothie Recipe

I love smoothies! I have one every day for breakfast! They are quick, simple and packed full of nutrition. To build the perfect smoothie I like to get about 20 grams of protein, some greens, healthy fat and fiber. This combo helps me feel full and satisfied for hours! Sometimes I will add in some superfoods like Maca or Ashwaganda powders, top with hemp or flax seeds, coconut flakes and cinnamon for fun and presentation!

This recipe is one of my favorites! It’s like dessert but packed with healthy goodness!

8 oz milk of choice (almond, dairy, cashew etc)
2 oz purified water
2 scoops Chocolate Life Shake Protein 
1 scoop Organic Greens Booster 
1/3 frozen banana 
2 T avocado
5-6 ice cubes 
Top with Almond butter, coconut, flax seed and cinnamon!
