Blueberry Chia Protein Bowl

Here’s to your smoothie in a bowl! This is my daughter’s favorite way to have a “smoothie”. It’s a great option to mix up a daily smoothie routine. Enjoy for breakfast, lunch or dinner. You can also use different protein flavors and fruits. Try chocolate with sliced strawberries or bananas. Experiment and find your favorite combo.

Blueberry Chia Protein Bowl
Soak 2 T chia seeds in 8 Oz almond milk over night in mason jar with lid.
Pour into bowl. 
Add in 2 Scoops Vanilla Protein Powder
Top with coconut chips, hemp seeds, blueberries and dashes of cinnamon and nutmeg. 
Optional add walnuts! 
This sooo tastes like a blueberry muffin!
