Tofu Stir Fry Recipe
Try a Meatless Monday with this recipe!
Basmati rice cooked
Cubed Tofu fried in avocado oil then remove from heat. (4 oz per serving)
Sauté veggies of choice. I did broccoli, mushroom and red pepper.
Toss back in tofu. Add in Coconut Aminos. I did a couple tablespoons.
Add veggies and tofu mix over 1/2 c cooked rice.
If you prefer meat, you can use chicken, pork or beef in place of the tofu.
Another Meatless option would be to add shelled Edamame and some sliced almonds.
